Also Novale di Presule, Novale di Fiè and the northern part of Prato Isarco, located on the east side of the Isarco river, belong to Fiè

Even if great parts of Prato Isarco belong to the municipality of Cornedo all'Isarco, the old centre with the church belongs to the municipality of Fiè allo Sciliar. Located at 315 m a.s.l., the village of Prato Isarco is a conveniently place as regards transport facilities and trips to Bolzano and Bressanone.
In the north west of Prato Isarco, however, there is the hamlet of Novale di Presule extending in an altitude of 400 to 650 m. This is where quality white wines of the Valle Isarco are cultivated, while the edge of the woods are dominated by chestnut forests - perfect for a traditional "Toerggele" evening in autumn.
Beneath the villages of Fiè and Sant'Antonio, there are the farms of Steg and Novale di Fiè. Meadows and forests alternate with orchards and vineyards. This area in the middle altitudes is particularly recommendable for a trip in spring or autumn.
